Resolved

On September 2, 2020, between 22:47 UTC and 22:57 UTC we deployed a change to our infrastructure that caused a small fraction of traffic across a variety of services to fail.

Customers would have experienced intermittent errors when viewing the CircleCI Web UI, circleci.com, and using the CircleCI CLI tool.

A small fraction of webhooks from Bitbucket and Github would have been missed resulting in builds not triggering from pull requests and commits of those missed webhooks.
