Deprecation of EoL Xcode Versions

Following our updated Xcode image retention policy. We will be deprecating Xcode versions that are no longer supported. We will additionally be performing 24-hour brownouts from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59 UTC during which these images will be unavailable.
