The Pipelines UI Was Inaccessible

Between 19:12 and 19:22 UTC, the Pipelines UI was inaccessible. Customers would have received error messages when attempting to view the pipelines, workflows, and jobs views on the new UI. We have rolled back the change and customers should no longer be experiencing issues navigating or viewing the UI.
