A bug was introduced into our frontend code at approximately 10:30 UTC on Nov 16th, causing some of our dashboard pages to fail to load for some users. Affected users would see a blank screen when trying to view the list of their jobs or workflows. The frontend bug was removed from production around 8:55 UTC on Nov 17th, which resolved the issue.
