Cron Jobs and Scheduled Workflows failed with "Unauthorized"

Between 14:10 and 18:48 UTC, some Cron Jobs and Scheduled Workflows may have failed with "Unauthorized". This was due to a breaking change that was recently deployed. As of 18:48 UTC, we have rolled back that change and all Cron Jobs and Scheduled Workflows are processing normally.
